OTA develops, designs and manufactures reel-to-reel plating lines for strip plating. We also provide turnkey solutions including the required chemicals, waste water and recycling systems, coat thickness measuring and test equipment, quality management systems and, what’s more, we provide training for the future operating staff. Our special emphasis is on the continuous improvement of selective systems for economical plating of three-dimensional contact elements while still in strip form. OTA offers innovative cleaning systems for in-line chemical-free cleaning of stamped/punched metal strips and unprocessed metal strips in a reel-to-reel process and which meet variable demands. These include SPOX®-HP SP high-pressure water-jet cleaning system for strip cleaning applications, SPOX®-P plasma treatment systems operating at atmospheric pressure, and SPOX®-HP MR / TPL deflashing and tin-plating systems.
